Kulfi is the Native indian comparative of ice treatment and is always made with refreshing fruit or refreshing fruit juice. This basic ice treatment formula is considerably versatile and increasingly simple to make.
INGREDIENTS
150 ml/5 fl oz increase cream
2 tablespoons caster sugar
425 ml/15 fl oz mango juice
1/2 tsp floor cinnamon
Flaked nuts, to decorate
Method
1. Put the treatment into a large offering, add the sugars and take gently until contained. Awaken in the mango refreshing fruit juice and sugar-cinnamon.
2. Put the blend into 6 freezerproof fits, cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or usually instantaneously, until set. During the first hour of cold, softly move the fits 3 times
3. To provide, dip the facets of the fits in hot water, then change on to individual offering clothing. Embellish with flaked nuts and provide instantly.
