Kulfi Ice Cream Recipe

Kulfi Ingredients:

* Milk, whole milk 5 1 / 2 cups / 1 lt

* Cream 1 1 / 2 cups / 250 ml

* Sugar 1 2 / 3 cups / 250 g

* Bread, white 1

* Almonds (Badam), blanched, peeled, coarsely ground 20

* Pistachios (Pista) 1 / 2 cup

* Green cardamom (chota elaichi), crushed 4

* Saffron (Kesar), soaked 10 minutes for a lock
 
how to make kulfi Ice Cream Recipe

* Pour the milk for a thick-bottomed pan, cook over low heat until the milk reduces to half its original volume.

* Let cool and add cream, sugar, bread, almonds, pistachios, green cardamom and saffron, mix well.

Pour into molds conical kulfi and seal tightly with foil.

* Freeze overnight or for at least 12 hours.

* Just before serving, remove the molds from the freezer.

* Dip the bottom of the molds in hot water for a few seconds to loosen the sides and back of the plates.

* Serve with Faludi (flour noodles).

Cook Time: 12 hours
